How the Season 5 Pass Works
The pass runs 50 levels across two parallel tracks: a Free track available to all players, and a Premium track that costs 749 Robux and can be gifted to other players. Both tracks share the same XP bar and level up together — buying Premium does not reset your progress, it simply unlocks the Premium-side reward at every tier you have already cleared and every one you earn going forward.
The Premium upgrade is mostly a quality bump: standard pets become GIANT or Rainbow variants, regular Season 5 Seed Packs become Exotic Season 5 Seed Packs, plant rewards shift to Silver or Gold variants, and Pass Point payouts are noticeably larger. The biggest single payout on the Premium side is 800 Pass Points at Level 49. Those points are spent in the Season 5 Pass Store, which sells items like the Season 5 Crate (100 pts), Hammer of Harvest (275 pts), Garden Lantern (600 pts), Levelup Lollipop (500 pts), Grow All (1,000 pts), and Pinkfruit Palm (3,000 pts). Some store items have limited stock chances, so checking availability before spending is worthwhile.
After you complete all 50 levels, the pass keeps rewarding you: every additional 100,000 XP earned from quests grants 200 Pass Points for the store, so a maxed pass still gives you a reason to play.

The headline rewards are the pets, and all three appear in the second half of the pass:

- Level 40 — Monitor Lizard (Free) / Rainbow Monitor Lizard (Premium)

Of these, the Moss Wyvern at Level 47 is widely considered the standout pull of the season, so it makes sense to treat that as your minimum target if you are behind.
Plant seed rewards on the free side include Starbloom Daisy (L3), Cocoa Pod (L8), Astrobush (L14), Lumi Shroom (L24), Sweetheart Flower (L44), and Burning Bud (L45), with Premium upgrading several to Silver or Gold variants. Level 10 gives a free Levelup Lollipop, and Level 28 gives 3x more on the free track (Premium players receive 5x at Level 10).
How to Earn Pass XP Fast
Pass XP comes from two sources: harvesting plants in your garden and completing daily quests in the Season Pass menu. Quests reset every 24 hours, so missing a day is a real cost this late in the season.
The most important passive-XP lever is crop mutations. Each mutation on a harvested crop increases the XP it contributes to your pass progress, and this bonus stacks up to 5 mutations — beyond 5, additional mutations no longer increase XP. Prioritize growing crops that you can stack with 5 mutations and harvest frequently. High-output, multi-mutation crops give significantly more XP per session than bare, unmutated plants.
There is no confirmed daily cap on passive harvesting XP or quest XP (the community has not pinned down the exact curve for Season 5), so the general rule is simple: harvest often, clear quests every day.
Last-Minute Completion Plan
With the deadline on June 27, here is the most efficient path to finish strong:
- 1Log in every day and complete all available daily quests before the 24-hour reset — this is the single highest-impact habit in the final stretch.
- 2Grow and harvest high-mutation crops (aim for 5 mutations per crop) to maximize passive XP per harvest.
- 3Use any Levelup Lollipops you have banked. The free track gives one at Level 10 and three more at Level 28; if you have not spent them, now is the time. More can be purchased in the Pass Store for 500 Pass Points.
- 4Set Level 47 as your floor. The Moss Wyvern (or Rainbow Moss Wyvern with Premium) is the best reward in the pass. If you are close but short on time, consider using the 49-Robux-per-tier skip to close the remaining gap rather than missing the cutoff.
