It is marked as obtainable.

Level 3 is an early milestone, so anyone who starts the pass can expect to have this seed quickly, and the 40% pack chance is one of the best odds in the whole pass. That makes the Drowse Daisy a good first plant for the season rather than a long-term goal. There is no appearance text in the wiki, so the tags are the best hint: a nocturnal, magical flower with a fall theme.

Since it is multi-harvest, the plant keeps producing after the first pick, and each harvest can come with a mutation. Mutations multiply the sell value, so an inexpensive Uncommon flower can still add up when left to grow.
