The Grand Tomato is the oversized, premium cousin of the ordinary Tomato, and the smart way to value it is by contrast with that base crop. The standard Tomato is one of Grow a Garden's classic multi-harvest workhorses: cheap, fast, and famous for paying back its seed cost many times over because it keeps fruiting instead of being uprooted after one pick. A Grand variant trades that accessibility for raw scale.

Its row lists no seed cost, sell price or growth time, so any exact figure is unconfirmed. What you can reason about is the shape of the trade. Grand crops concentrate far more value into each harvested unit, which means the per-plant payout climbs sharply even if the growth window lengthens. If it inherits the regular Tomato's multi-harvest behavior, that combination is genuinely strong, since one plant keeps printing high-value fruit.

For progression, treat the Grand Tomato as a mid-to-late upgrade once your basic Tomato beds are saturating your sell trips. The mutation logic is identical to the family: a Tomato is an easy and reliable target for stacking Gold, Rainbow, and weather mutations like Wet, and those multipliers scale even harder on a Grand base.
