Lumira is a limited Legendary crop introduced during the Bizzy Bee Event, and crucially it is multi-harvest and a Leafy type. Those two traits are what make its economics interesting. Because it is limited, you can only acquire the seed while the event window is open, so its real "cost" is event participation rather than a recurring Sheckle price you can rebuy at will.

The multi-harvest tag is the key payoff. A Lumira keeps yielding from the same plant instead of being uprooted after one pick, which means your one-time event investment compounds over many cycles. That turns a single seed into a long-term passive earner, the opposite of a one-and-done crop. Over a play session it can quietly out-earn flashier single-harvest plants simply through repetition.

Being Leafy and event-bound, Lumira also pairs well with mutations that persist on the plant across re-harvests. Plant it early in the event so it has maximum cycles to pay back, and protect any high-value mutated specimens rather than selling on the first prompt. For mid-game players, a limited multi-harvest Legendary like this is one of the better "set it and forget it" returns available.
