Quick Summary

Week 2 of the Summer Camp (Campfire) Event is live in Grow a Garden. Meet Bearnaby, grab exclusive Campfire crops including the Campfire Clover, and make the most of Season 5.

Part 2 of the Summer Camp (Campfire) Event dropped on June 13, 2026, bringing a new NPC, exclusive crops, and a fresh egg to chase — all built around the Campfire system introduced a week earlier. If you have not set up your Campfire yet, now is the time.

What's New in Week 2

The headlining addition is Bearnaby, a new NPC who has taken up residence at the Campfire. To earn rewards from him, you feed him specific fruits that must meet his requirements across weight, mutation, and plant-trait combinations. Pay close attention to what he is asking for each session — his demands vary, and bringing the wrong fruit is a wasted harvest.

The Campfire Seed Pack pool has also been updated with several event-exclusive Campfire crops. The standout is the Campfire Clover, a Divine-rarity multi-harvest crop that can keep producing across multiple cycles — making it one of the more efficient long-term earners added during this event. The other Campfire crops in the pool are solid additions worth picking up while the event runs.

A Campfire Egg has entered the egg rotation for the duration of the event. Hatch it for a shot at event-themed pets that will not be available once the Summer Camp wraps up.

How the Campfire System Works

The Campfire mechanic operates across 5 tiers, with higher tiers unlocking faster crafting speeds. Upgrading your Campfire is worthwhile if you plan to engage seriously with Bearnaby's feeding quests or the Workshop.

The 14-recipe Workshop — which arrived with the June 6 Campfire base update — pairs directly with the Campfire. It lets you process your harvests into crafted goods, and the faster your Campfire tier, the quicker those Workshop recipes complete. If you have not explored all 14 recipes yet, this week's event activity gives you a natural reason to dig in.

What's Coming Next

Grow a Garden rolls out updates on a weekly Saturday schedule, which puts the next patch around June 20. Given the ongoing event cadence, expect another layer of Campfire content or a mid-event refresh.

The Season 5 Pass is still active and closes on June 27, 2026 — just under two weeks away. If you have outstanding Season 5 Pass rewards to claim, prioritize finishing those tiers before the deadline. The end of a season pass typically signals a new season announcement, so June 27 is worth watching for whatever comes next in Grow a Garden's content calendar.
