Dogey guide
Dogey takes its look from the Doge meme, and it has two matching items elsewhere in the game: a Doge knife and a Doge effect. The pet itself was an uncommon unboxed from the Pet Box before Season 1, so it is trading-only now.
The pet is a shiba inu with a tan topcoat and a white undercoat. The wiki says its model comes from the Roblox gear Attack Doge, purchasable from the avatar shop for 250 Robux, and that the concept is based on the meme itself.
Chance and box
The Pet Box page puts uncommons at 25% each, shared with the other uncommon pets there.
The shop confusion
Reading the Pet Box article you may notice that it says the box was removed with Season 1 and also that it is on sale for 1,000 Coins. The 1,000 Coins figure matches the Common Egg that replaced it. Dogey's page treats the pet as unobtainable except by trade, and so does this one.

Where the wiki disagrees
These pages of the MM2 Wiki give different answers. Both are shown instead of picking one.
- Pet Box page: intro says the box was removed when Season 1 arrived, yet it also says the box is currently on sale in the shop for 1,000 Coins (that price matches the Common Egg that replaced it). The pet page says it is trading-only. Row follows the pet page.
