Tankie guide
Tankie is a rare pet that used to drop from the Pet Box, the pet crate sold before Season 1. The box is gone, so a trade is the only route today.
On the old Pet Box the rarities were split by chance: commons shared 60%, uncommons 25%, and Tankie sat at 10% together with Mechbug. Only Nobledragon (5%) and the Godly Deathspeaker were rarer.
The model is a blocky tank in bright blue, with a black barrel and tracks and a white top. According to the wiki, it is taken from the Roblox gear RC Tiny Tank, which sold in the avatar shop for 1,000 Robux.
The Pet Box page disagrees with itself
The Pet Box article says in its introduction that the box was removed when Season 1 arrived, yet it also says the box is on sale for 1,000 Coins. That price matches the Common Egg, which replaced it. Tankie's own page says it is trading-only, and this page follows it.
