Frostfade guide
Frostfade (Gun) came from the 2023 Christmas Box, opened with 800 Snow Tokens or one Snow Key per attempt, and it sat in the Legendary slot with a 5% chance. The box left with the Christmas Event 2023, so the gun is now a trading-only item.
What the wiki lists
The wiki's infobox, lead and categories all call it a gun. The only outlier is the 2023 Christmas Box table, which lists "Frostfade (Gun)" with the type Knife. That looks like a slip in the table, and this page follows the weapon page and treats it as a gun.
Appearance
The left side of the gun is a bright celeste blue that fades into a darker blue toward the handle. A silver pattern is engraved into the handle.
Notes
- It has a partner knife with the same name, and that knife came from the event's battle pass instead of the box.
- It shares the 2023 Christmas Box with the Godly knife Evergreen.
- It is listed as a victim of the Evergreen Glitch (2024), a separate incident on the wiki.
The tier is 2.

Where the wiki disagrees
These pages of the MM2 Wiki give different answers. Both are shown instead of picking one.
- The 2023 Christmas Box table lists 'Frostfade (Gun)' with type 'Knife'; the weapon page (infobox, lead, categories) says it is a gun. Kept 'gun'.
