Frostfade

The knife half of Frostfade was never in a box. It was the 19th tier of the Christmas Event 2023 battle pass, where tiers 2 to 20 cost 800 Snow Tokens each, and the pass ended with the Ancient gun Gingerscope as its final reward. With the event over, the knife is a trading-only item.

Appearance

Frostfade uses the default knife mesh, so its shape is the plain standard blade rather than a custom model. What changes is the color: the blade is blue and fades into purple toward the bottom, which is where the name comes from. A metal finish is engraved onto the guard, spreads onto the bottom of the blade and reaches the top of the handle.

Where it sits in the set

• Its partner is the Frostfade gun, which has the same name but came from the 2023 Christmas Box.
• That means the pair was split across two different sources: one piece in the pass, one in the box.
• Rarity is Legendary. The knife's own page gives tier 2, while the Legendary Weapons table lists tier 3, so the tier is unsettled.

Apart from the tier, the details above are stated as the knife's own page gives them.
