Sparkle guide
Sparkle is a crafting revolver with a name taken directly from its surface. The whole gun carries a sparkly, crystalline texture, and the wiki describes a color gradient running along it: the barrel is a light red, the frame is a darker red, and the handle is darker still.
How it is obtained
You craft it at the crafting station by exchanging 12 Rare Shards for a random legendary weapon. Sparkle is one of the possible results of that recipe, along with Midnight, Overseer (Gun), Emerald and Predator (Knife). Since the result is random, there is no way to aim for the gun, and a player who wants this exact revolver can also pick it up through trading. The Crafting page lists salvaging a Rare weapon as giving 2 Rare Shards, so shards can come from breaking down other weapons.
What the page does not say
Sparkle's wiki page is very short. It lists no designer, no upload date, no partner weapon and no event, so there is nothing more to attribute beyond the crafting recipe and the red-to-dark-red fade. That is the full documented picture.
