How to get The Frozen Soul

No longer playable in public servers (removed May 24 2025). The Fracture of Tundra (called 'Meteor' in the Private Server+ commands) can still be spawned in private servers with the Private Server+ gamepass (499 Robux; 'Spawn Meteor' command). Before May 24 2025 the Fracture fell from the sky near spawn areas every 30 minutes and picking it up turned the player into The Frozen Soul. The wiki says the moves were also added to the Skill Builder (July 14 2025) and the badge can be earned in private servers.

Passives

Ice Effect

Permafrost and Frost Forge freeze the opponent and then deal an extra 5% shortly after; Freezing Path applies the ice only through its ice-path AoE, not its main attack. The extra 5% cannot kill (it leaves 1% HP).

Base moves

M1 Selected character's M1s โ€” Uses the same M1s as the character selected before obtaining it; characters with weapons (e.g. Deadly Ninja, Brutal Demon, Blade Master) fall back to The Strongest Hero's M1s.

  • 1Permafrost

A heavy downward stomp makes ice spikes erupt; opponents hit are launched and sent into an uncontrolled reeling state, then take 5% more a few seconds later.

    • Cannot be countered
    • Can bypass Death Counter and Death Blow
    25% (+5%)CD 20 Seconds
  • 2Frost Forge

Leaps and hurls a spear toward the camera direction; on impact or max distance it explodes into a large field of ice spikes that knock back and ragdoll enemies, then 5% more damage lands a few seconds later.

    • Cannot be countered
    • Can bypass Death Counter and Death Blow
    • Blockable; cannot kill when blocked and, like Blitz Shot, halves damage
    20% (+5%)CD 15 Seconds
  • 3Freezing Path

Launches a neon-blue orb that drags the opponent along a freezing ice path, then stomps three times and finishes with a chin kick. On a miss it still slides along the path but skips the stomps.

    • Initial hit can be countered
    • Initial hit does NOT bypass Death Counter and Death Blow
    • Players standing too close to the path are afflicted with the Frozen status
    • Ice path AoE ยท 5% (AoE) โ€” Targets around the forming ice path are frozen and take 5% after a short delay; the grabbed target is not affected.
    21.3%CD 25 Seconds
  • 4Judgement Chain

Latches frost chains onto the nearest player and yanks itself toward them with a flying kick, then slides forward a short distance with adjustable direction.

    • Range of 19 Tiles
    • Cannot be countered
    • Does NOT bypass Death Counter and Death Blow
    • Blockable; can still kill and instead rolls back, reducing damage
    15%CD 20 Seconds

Awakening

G Sub-Zero Slash Storm

Meter: Requires a full Awakening bar (it has no cooldown)

The Frozen Soul hovers with an ice sword, dashes forward and repeatedly raises glaciers before a final wide slash; it restores about 15% HP, fully resets base-move cooldowns, gives i-frames during the animation and cannot be countered. Hit victims are stunned until the move ends.

Awakening moves

  • 1Sub-Zero Slash Storm

An ice-sword barrage of glaciers and a wide slash; restores roughly 15% of its HP.

    • The entire attack can deal a maximum of 65%, plus an additional 5% from the passive
    • No cooldown; it needs a full Awakening bar
    • Fully resets base moveset cooldowns
    • I-Frames during the animation
    • Cannot be countered
    • Can bypass Death Counter and Death Blow
    Up to 65%CD N/A

About The Frozen Soul

The Frozen Soul is a boss form rather than a pick from the menu, and it is no longer available in public servers: the wiki says it was removed on May 24 2025, though the Updates page entry for that date does not mention a removal and one trivia line says it remained usable. Before that, the Fracture of Tundra fell from the sky near spawn areas every 30 minutes, and picking it up turned the player into The Frozen Soul. Today the Fracture (called Meteor in the Private Server+ commands) can still be spawned in private servers with the Private Server+ gamepass, 499 Robux, using the Spawn Meteor command. The release date is disputed too: December 21 2024 on the Updates page, December 22 on the Characters page.

As a boss it shows a health bar with 300 HP and one passive, Ice Effect: Permafrost and Frost Forge freeze the target and add 5% shortly after, damage that cannot kill (it leaves 1% HP). Its moves are Permafrost (25% plus 5%, 20 seconds), Frost Forge (20% plus 5%, 15 seconds), Freezing Path (21.3%, 25 seconds) and Judgement Chain (15%, 20 seconds). One awakening move, Sub-Zero Slash Storm, deals up to 65%, heals about 15% HP and resets the base cooldowns; the wiki says this makes it the first boss with an awakening and the first that can heal itself.

What the wiki notes

  • Boss-style playable character with a boss health bar showing its name; infobox lists 300 HP and the passive Ice Effect.
  • Four standard moves and one awakening move; it is the only boss so far with an awakening and the first boss that can heal itself.
  • The wall combo is the one of whichever character you were using when you got the moveset (a custom wall combo and M1s were scrapped).
  • The Fracture of Tundra deals around 50% damage plus 5% from ice if it lands on someone; an uncollected Fracture eventually becomes unusable.
  • It can give kills, unlike the Crab Boss, and is compatible with Sorcerer's Infinity.
  • The cut move Ice Hammer (30%, infinite cooldown) can still be obtained through the Skill Builder.
  • Sub-Zero Slash Storm is almost entirely based on Malenia's Waterfowl Dance from Elden Ring; Judgement Chain references Minos Prime from ULTRAKILL.
  • Random Moveset in PS+ excludes The Frozen Soul; the Clear Entities command clears everything except the Meteor.

Where the wiki disagrees

  • Release date: Updates page says December 21 2024 (THE KJ UPDATE); Characters page says December 22, 2024; the character page's trivia says only 'December 2024'.
  • Removal: the character page and Characters page say removed from public servers on May 24, 2025, but the Updates page's May 24th 2025 entry does not mention a removal, and the Trivia says it 'continues to be usable even after the Christmas event'.
  • Characters page uses the name 'Tundra Fractal' while the character page uses 'Fracture of Tundra' (and PS+ commands say 'Meteor').
  • No 'based on' character is stated in the infobox; the Characters page only says its first three moves are 'likely' based on Shoto Todoroki and the fourth references Minos Prime, so based_on is left null.
  • Obtainability: infobox says 'Obtaining the Fracture of Tundra'; Characters page lists it under Exclusive Characters as 'Admins'. Image file TheFrozenSoulIcon.png is the Characters-page list icon; the infobox/Characters table use 'Fracture of Tundra.png'.
  • The Removed Moves tab (Ice Hammer, 30%, infinite) was left out of moves because the wiki marks it as cut content.
