Dueling

The Dueling badge sends you into the Fight Pit in the jungle biome, where you must defeat all 5 waves of enemies without fleeing, on a single attempt, for the first time. The continuous, no-retreat condition pushes it to a moderate 2-star difficulty, and clearing it rewards 4 diamonds.

The challenge is that the five waves come one after another, so you cannot leave to heal or restock mid-fight. That means preparation before you step in matters more than reflexes: arrive with full health, your best melee or ranged weapon, and ideally some healing items you can use without abandoning the pit. Each successive wave tends to be tougher than the last, so pace your resources rather than burning everything on wave one.

The smart approach is to fight defensively and use the arena's geometry to avoid being surrounded, picking off enemies at chokepoints instead of wading into the middle. Bringing capable teammates into the pit can dramatically ease the later waves, splitting aggro so no single player gets overwhelmed. Because fleeing voids your progress, commit fully once you enter, and the 4-diamond payout is yours after that fifth wave falls.
