Cyborg (Boss) Strategy & Best Use
Cyborg (Boss) is the technological menace of the Fountain City area in the Second Sea, challengeable at level 1,075+. He has approximately 400,000 HP and uses a laser-based moveset with a charged railgun shot that deals massive burst damage in a thin line — deadlier than it looks because the hitbox extends 40 studs past the visual beam. Drops: Cyborg Glasses accessory (~5%), Mechanical Parts crafting material (~12%), Cybernetic Fragment (~8%). Spawn timer is 20–25 minutes.
The railgun is the only move that matters — Cyborg charges it for exactly 1.5 seconds with a visible red glow. Move perpendicular to his facing direction (left or right, never diagonal) and you'll clear it every time. Rumble is the go-to pick for this fight: Thunder Aura procs frequently and the range advantage lets you stay out of his melee kit entirely. Light fruit also excels here because its Laser move perfectly mirrors his energy theme while dealing superior DPS. Avoid staying directly behind him — his back-kick has a surprising 360° hitbox variant.
Cyborg Boss is an excellent mid-tier crafting material farm. The Mechanical Parts at 12% stacks quickly across multiple kills and is needed for Second Sea gear upgrades. Cybernetic Fragment drops are decent for the mid-game Mastery economy. With a 20–25 minute respawn, he's efficient when chained with Fountain City mob grinding between spawns — you never have idle time if you manage the area properly.
