Shelly is one of five playable Toons with the maximum 5 Skill Check, alongside Gigi, Waxwell, Gourdy and Soulvester, which means a 250 unit window and the largest golden zone in the game. Everything else is flat or worse: Movement Speed 3, Stealth 3, Extraction Speed 3 and a weak Stamina of 2, so long sprints drain her quickly. Her kit pushes the team instead of herself. Inspiration, an active on a 60 second cooldown, boosts the Extraction Speed of one selected Toon by 75% for 15 seconds, and Problem Solver gives her 25% extra Movement Speed for 10 seconds whenever any machine is completed. Both reward a group that finishes machines in quick succession. Because she hits Skill Checks so reliably, she is a comfortable partner for someone with a weak window. Unlocking her costs 4,250 Ichor, 100% Research on Twisted Shelly and every Mastery Quest on Tisha. Twisted Shelly drops Participation Award, a trinket that raises Skill Check chance by 25% and trims the window by 10%.
