Twisted Shelly guide
Shelly attacks everyone at once, and not through a hit. When she is active she applies the Confused I debuff to every Toon on the floor, which cuts Extraction Speed by 25% for all of them. That is a floor-wide slowdown that you cannot dodge, which stretches the time to finish Machines and therefore the time Twisteds have to find you. The chase is also quick: walk 10 and chase 20, tied for 6th of 37 with Toodles.
Her perception is standard for a Main: circular vision of 30, direct vision of 60, hearing of 150 (tied for 9th) and a 2 second attention span. A chase of 20 means that only a Toon that has some Movement Speed stars beyond 1 can actually pull away, so plan to use the cover and corners instead of a straight sprint. Shelly's own Toon has 5 stars of Skill Check and a passive speed boost of 25% for 10 seconds after any Machine is completed, which is a direct answer to the slower extraction her Twisted causes. Its Inspiration ability adds 75% extraction speed to a teammate for 15 seconds.
Shelly is a Main Twisted. At 100% Research you receive the Participation Award trinket, adding 25% Skill Check chance but taking 10% off Skill Check size.
