Waxwell

Waxwell is the only playable Toon with both a 5 in Skill Check and a 5 in Movement Speed, and his sheet pays for it elsewhere: Stamina 1, Stealth 2 and Extraction Speed 2. He is a fast Toon with a huge window who tires quickly and is noticed early, so he works best on short trips between machines. He carries a Tired II debuff that Ignite removes for 10 seconds, and while ignited he leaves a flame trail. Toons who touch the trail gain the Ignited buff, which makes their ability cooldowns recover twice as fast for 5 seconds. It does not stack and does not affect other Waxwells. With a 60 second cooldown, that makes him a support for a team full of active abilities. He is the most expensive non-Main Toon, at 3,500 Ichor, plus 50% Research on Twisted Waxwell and 3 Mastery Quests on Goob. Twisted Waxwell is Rare and its trinket, Cherished Blanket, lengthens the trails made by your abilities by 4 seconds, which suits him better than anyone, since his trail is the point of his ability.
