Gigi

Gigi is a gambler with a large Skill Check window. Her 5 stars there put her in the same group as Shelly, Waxwell, Gourdy and Soulvester, but her Stamina of 1 is one of six playable Toons at the bottom, so she tires after a short run. Movement Speed, Stealth and Extraction Speed are all 3. Surprise! gives her a random item from any tier, including Dandy's Shop items, every 60 seconds, so with enough floors she can fill her pockets without leaving the machine. The unlock matches that theme: 2,000 Ichor, 50% Research on Twisted Gigi and picking up 45 Rare or higher tier items, which is a long grind rather than a purchase. Twisted Gigi is Rare and drops Lucky Coin, a trinket that gives a 12% boost to a random stat each floor, and as Gigi it removes Common items from her ability pool, so the two stack well. She works best on a team that can protect her while she cooks up her next item, because her low Stamina leaves her exposed once chased.
