Memory Locket answers one question after you get hurt: where is the next heal? If you are not at full health, it highlights every healing item on the floor until you recover. In the item data, a Bandage restores 1 heart (Rare) and a Health Kit restores all of them (Very Rare), so the locket is a finder for those two. With most Toons at only 3 hearts, a single hit already matters, and the wiki still rates the Trinket as very niche.
The Toons it fits are the ones that lose hearts on purpose. Cosmo gives one of his own hearts to heal a teammate, so the locket guides him back to a refill. Soulvester spends a heart to guard an ally, but with 1 star of Movement Speed he may struggle to reach the highlighted items.
It comes from the Halloween Event: 100% Research on Twisted Gourdy, a Main Twisted. The same Research is required to buy the Gourdy Toon, who costs 3000 Pumpkins and 2500 Ichor, so one grind pays for both. The Trinket debuted on October 10, 2025 and returned in version 0.29.1. The 2026 event runs until November 6, so it can be earned now, with no Ichor price of its own.
