Megaphone guide
Megaphone is the Pop Pack of distraction: it grants one Air Horn every other floor, as long as you have a free inventory slot. The Air Horn is a Rare item that lowers your Stealth by 50 for 10 seconds and alerts nearby Twisteds to your position, and it costs 55 Tapes in Dandy's Shop (33 with Dandy Plush). A free one every second floor is a steady supply of a tool that exists to drag Twisteds away from a teammate in trouble.
The wiki cautions that it suits few Toons. A distractor with 4 stars of Movement Speed, such as Tisha, Flutter or Goob, gives up the chance to outpace fast Twisteds like Twisted Shelly (chase 20) or Twisted Toodles (chase 20), and Megaphone takes the slot that a speed Trinket like Speedy Shoes would have used. Air Horns also do little if your teammates have more Stealth than you.
The unlock is the steepest of the item Trinkets: 1850 Ichor, encountering 125 Twisteds and reaching Floor 20. It was added on September 28, 2024, alongside Cardboard 'Armor', Lucky Coin and Water Cooler. It is on sale today. Use it only if your team already relies on you to pull Twisteds.
