Ghost Snakes In A Can guide

Ghost Snakes In A Can takes a flat 5 seconds off an active ability's cooldown, and the word flat decides who should carry it. Against Sweet Charm's 8% cut the break-even is a 62.5-second cooldown: below that, the snakes win. Brusha's 15 seconds becomes 10, a one-third reduction, Scraps and Toodles go from 25 to 20, Goob from 30 to 25, and Brightney and Flutter from 45 to 40. A Toon with a 100-second cooldown like Teagan or Glisten only drops to 95, where Sweet Charm would reach 92.

The wiki points out that most support abilities are saved for specific moments, so reducing the timer often is not worth a Trinket slot, but it names Goob, who can pull Toons during Panic Mode, and Gourdy, whose Trick or Treat boosts everyone nearby for 15 seconds on a 35-second cooldown. Both are good fits by the numbers.

Stacking with Sweet Charm applies the percentage first and then subtracts 5, so a 100-second cooldown becomes 87. The Trinket was added on December 6, 2024, alongside Clown Horn, and it comes from 100% Research on Twisted Connie, an Uncommon. It has no effect on Toons without an active ability. No Ichor price.
