Twisted Brightney

Brightney does not need to catch you to hurt a run, because she tampers with the lights. If a Blackout fails to happen on the floor she occupies, she rerolls the chance, and a success is announced by a switch sound before the lights short-circuit, so that click is your cue to prepare. In a Blackout vision drops for Toons, which makes her normal chase more dangerous: she walks at 12, tied for 5th of 37, and chases at 18, the median speed.

Those walking numbers matter more than the chase. A 12 walk means she covers a floor faster than most patrolling Twisteds and reaches Machines sooner. She notices Toons at 26 in a circle and 65 direct, hears out to 150 (9th of 37) and keeps looking for 2 seconds. Her Toon, also called Brightney, has 1 star of Stealth, the lowest possible, so ironically her counterpart is easy to detect, but 4 stars each of Stamina and Extraction Speed let her work through the dark by pushing a Machine quickly.

Brightney is an Uncommon Twisted. At 100% Research the Spare Bulb trinket increases Blackout light radius by 25%, and the same bonus applies to light-producing Toons.
