Brightney

Brightney is a Toon you take for her light, not for her ability to hide. Stealth 1 is the lowest value in the game, shared only with Shrimpo and Gourdy, so Twisteds start chasing her from the greatest distance. In exchange she gets Stamina 4 and Extraction Speed 4, which is a strong pair: she can run more than the average Toon and finishes machines at 1.20 units per second. Night Light is an active with a 45 second cooldown that shines a light on Twisteds and makes them visible during Blackouts for 8 seconds. She is also a light-producing Toon, so her own glow reaches farther when the power goes out. The unlock is simple, 1,250 Ichor and surviving 5 Blackouts, which comes naturally if you play enough floors. Her Twisted is Uncommon and its trinket, Spare Bulb, enlarges the Blackout light radius by 25% and also extends the radius of light-producing Toons, so it is the obvious pick for her. Pair her with a partner who has high Stealth so the group is not found as easily.
