Twisted Finn

Finn hunts with bait. He spawns three Ichor puddles in random spots on the floor, and the third one hides Twisted Barnaby. Step into that puddle and Barnaby latches on for a few seconds, 10 when solo, 15 with 2 to 4 players and 20 with more, and throughout the latch your position is revealed to Finn. Finn will chase the latched player no matter what, so one wrong step turns a harmless Uncommon into a guaranteed pursuit.

Chasing him is less dire than it sounds. Finn walks at 8.5 (tied for 27th of 37) and chases at 16, tied for 30th, and his direct vision of 55 is nearly the shortest, 35th of 37. Attention span is 1.5 seconds. So the plan is simple: avoid stepping into unfamiliar Ichor puddles on a floor with Finn, since only one of the three hides Barnaby and you cannot tell which, and keep Stamina in reserve for the latch. Finn's own Toon has 4 stars of Skill Check but only 2 of Stamina, and its passive gives a 35% speed boost for 10 seconds after any Machine is completed.

Finn is an Uncommon Twisted. At 100% Research you receive the Fishing Rod trinket, which highlights every Machine location for 5 seconds when a new floor starts.
