Flyte is the Uncommon half of a pair of restless wanderers. The wiki says he incessantly roams the map, identically to Twisted Flutter, which gives him a walk speed of 17, 3rd highest of 37 behind only Gourdy and Flutter at 18. The surprise is his chase: 17.5 is tied for 27th, slower than the median of 18, so once he commits he is actually easier to outrun than a Common Twisted. His danger is how often you run into him, not how fast he finishes the job.
Perception is average: 30 in a circle, 65 direct, 135 for hearing and a 2 second attention span. That gives a clear rule for any Toon. Do not wait in corridors, because he will be back through them, and break line of sight as soon as he turns. Flyte's own Toon has 4 stars of Movement Speed and 4 of Extraction Speed, so it moves well and extracts well but only has 2 stars of Stamina, and its Gust ability places a zone that lasts 10 seconds.
Flyte comes from the Easter event. Its 100% Research trinket, Scrapbook, reduces your Stealth by 5%, one of the few trinkets that is purely a trade-off.
