The Mandrake is a pale, turnip-shaped creature with six gray teeth on top, four on the bottom, glowing white eyes and green thorny vines wrapped around it. It sits half-buried until you step into its line of sight. Then it uproots itself, flies at you and wails, forcing you to look at it. It appeared on August 10, 2025, in The Outdoors and in the Trick Or Treat vision, and it is hostile and fatal.
A ten-second timer
