The entry carries the line "A fish-shaped pinata stuffed with candy. Whoever hung it over the water has terrible aim." No time, weather or season requirement is listed. The 2nd Anniversary zone holds 12 fish in total, and the other 11 all share the Limited rarity, including 2nd Birthday Balloon, Birthday Candle and Birthday Card.
