Boulder guide
Boulder is the strangest entry among the Divine Secret fish, a joke with a price tag. Caught at Keepers Altar, it always weighs exactly 1,000 kg, with the minimum, average and maximum all the same. That weight puts its max at 169th of 663 fish, which sounds impressive.
Do not be fooled. It sells for only about C$0.01 per kg, so the average comes to just C$10, ranking 728th of the 742 documented fish, among the very cheapest. The flavor text admits it is not really a boulder, then trails off.
The reward is in the XP: 50,000 base XP, an enormous figure for a fish worth C$10. A single Boulder is worth far more as experience than as cash.
So the advice is the opposite of what the weight suggests. Do not sell it. If you reach Keepers Altar and land one, the 50,000 XP is the entire reason it exists; the C$10 is a rounding error. No bait, weather, season or time of day is listed, so the altar itself is the requirement.
