Christmas Bloop Fish

If you want the heaviest Fischmas catch on this stretch of the list, the Christmas Bloop Fish is a strong candidate. It is a Special fish found "Anywhere - Admin Events", meaning it is tied to admin-run events rather than a fixed spot on the map. Its entry quote is the same festive "MERRY FISCHMAS!" greeting.

Its weight range is enormous: a minimum of 200,000 kg, an average of 350,000 kg and a maximum of 1,050,000 kg. That top weight ranks 19th of the 663 fish with a recorded maximum. Price per kg is only C$0.127, but at that weight the average sale lands near C$44,450, 37th among the 742 documented fish. Base XP is 21,000.

Because the listing says it can show up anywhere during an admin event, there is no zone to scout. The sensible plan is to keep a rod ready, watch for admin announcements, and sell the catch whole rather than splitting your attention across other fish. With a top-50 average value and over 20,000 XP per catch, one landing is worth more than a long session of ordinary fishing.
