Solarseer Sturgeon guide

Solarseer Sturgeon is a Mythical fish from Everturn Forest, and it carries a seasonal rule: the wiki describes a radiant sturgeon that channels the summer sun. In practice you need Super Flakes bait, Night, Clear weather and Summer, so a sunlit fish that only bites after dark.

The numbers are healthy. Average weight is 182.5 kg, from 155 kg to 441 kg, and the maximum ranks 195 of 663 fish. At C$24.29 per kg, the average Solarseer Sturgeon sells for C$4,432.1, 192 of 742 documented fish by average value. Base XP is 3,600.

Floraseer Sturgeon, Glaciaseer Sturgeon and Umbraleaf Sturgeon are the other Mythical fish in the zone, so the forest offers one sturgeon per season and this is the summer one. Splitbranch Twig and Spirit Of The Forest are the rods sold there, which is handy if you are still upgrading.

Verdict: a strong payout for its tier, and the summer window is the real limit, because the bait, the night and the clear sky all have to match. Prepare Super Flakes before the season starts and keep going back at night. If you miss Summer, the other three sturgeons are your fallback.
