Umbraleaf Sturgeon guide

Umbraleaf Sturgeon is one of four Mythical sturgeons in Everturn Forest. It appears only at Night, in Clear or Rain weather, during Autumn, and it takes Night Shrimp. The game describes a shadowy sturgeon wrapped in autumn leaves that appears only at night during the fall fade.

It weighs 145 kg to 389 kg, averaging 165 kg, and at C$26.49 per kg an average catch earns C$4,370.3. That ranks 193rd of 742 documented fish by value, and its maximum weight ranks 208th of 663. Base XP is 3,300.

The other Mythicals in the same zone are Floraseer Sturgeon, Glaciaseer Sturgeon and Solarseer Sturgeon, so the forest has a set of siblings and this is the one tied to the autumn night. If you arrive outside those conditions, expect a different relative instead.

Rods sold in the zone are the Splitbranch Twig and the Spirit Of The Forest, which makes Everturn Forest a place to gear up as well as to fish.

Verdict: a strong autumn target. About C$4,370 and 3,300 XP are good returns for a fish of this size, and the per-kilo rate does most of the work. Bring Night Shrimp, wait for dark, and plan for fall.
