Artisan Rod review
No passive ability and no quote: the Artisan Rod is a plain entry, and its numbers carry the page. The wiki lists it at C$80,000, as obtainable and not limited, with no location, no tags, no disturbance and no progress value.
Its documented maximum weight is 150,000 kg. Control is 0.15, which ranks 59th of 202 rods, and Resilience is 40, ranking 38th of 201. Luck of 145 sits 96th of 201, which is just inside the upper half, and Lure of 65 is 124th of 201, in the lower half.
Luck of 145 is more than twice its Lure of 65, so the profile leans toward Luck rather than Lure.
Verdict: Control and Resilience are its better ranks, Luck is middling and Lure is weak, so it suits a reader who wants a no-passive rod with a 150,000 kg maximum.
