Darkheart review
Darkheart is built around one outsized number: a Lure Speed of 1000, which ranks 1st of 184 obtainable rods. It is marked as limited yet obtainable, and its Disturbance of 10 is a figure well beyond the +2 and +3 seen on other rods in these listings. It has no passive and no level requirement.
The tradeoffs are plain. Luck of 200 is a respectable 46th of 184, but Control -0.1 is 171st of 185 and Resilience -10 is 175th of 184. In practice you are getting near-instant bites and giving up bar stability and fish-holding strength to get them.
That profile suits rapid-fire fishing for volume, where you want to cycle through catches quickly and can tolerate losing some. It is a poor fit for heavy fish or for players who need a calm progress bar, since the negative Control and Resilience will punish mistakes.
Because it is limited, check that it is still available before planning around it. If it is, Darkheart is the clearest speed pick among obtainable rods.
