Fabulous Rod review
Luck 300 puts Fabulous Rod 8th of 184 obtainable rods, which is the headline number here. You do not buy it: it is a quest reward from the Fabulous Deity NPC in the Calm Zone, and it requires a level, so expect to prepare before you can claim it.
The rest of the profile is more uneven. Lure Speed 100 ranks 21st of 184 and Resilience 50 ranks 20th of 184, both comfortably in the upper tier. Control is 0, which only reaches 141st of 185, so the bar will be less forgiving than on rods that invest in it. It also carries Disturbance +3 and a passive, and its hunt focus is the Colossal Ethereal Dragon.
The practical read: this is a Luck-first rod for players who want a big roll multiplier and can handle a bar without Control help. The dragon focus gives you a reason to carry it when that specific fish is the goal, not just when you want general odds.
