Shady Rod

At Shady Bazaar the Shady Rod costs 4,000S$, a currency different from the usual C$. What you get for it is a Luck of 350, which ranks 4th of 184 obtainable rods, with Resilience 40 at 30th and Lure Speed 85 at 57th.

That ranking is the headline, and it sets the rod apart from nearly everything sold for C$ a top-five Luck number. Control 0.08 is 103rd of 185, so it is average at the reel, and Progress Speed is 20. No weight limit is listed. It has a passive.

The description says it is suspiciously well-crafted, wrapped in worn fabric and hidden intentions, that it thrives in darker places, and that catches may appear from questionable sources. The entry gives no numbers for that, so I will not promise a specific bonus.

The Shady Bazaar sells one other rod, listed as {Crimsonwrath}, so the choice there is small.

Verdict: if you can reach the Bazaar and have the S$ currency, this is a strong buy for Luck. Its Luck rank alone puts it near the top of the rankings, even before its passive.
