Legendary rarity puts its base sell price comfortably above the early-game staples, so once you can secure the seed it represents a real step up in income per plot rather than a sidegrade.

The multi-harvest trait is the key to its economics. Because a single mature Avocado tree keeps fruiting, you only pay the seed cost once and then collect repeatedly, which is what makes Legendary trees so much more efficient than single-pull crops over time. The longer it stays planted, the better the cost-per-fruit ratio becomes, so the smart play is to plant it early in a save and let it run.

For mutations, the Avocado rewards patience. Its respectable Legendary base means Rainbow stacked with a weather mutation like Frozen or Chilled scales into very strong sell figures, and pairing those with a Gold roll is the dream outcome.
