Ghoul Root

The Ghoul Root is a limited, multi-harvest legendary crop introduced during the Halloween Event, and those two traits define its economics more than any flat price tag. Because it is limited, you cannot rebuy it from the normal shop once the event ends, so its value is partly scarcity-driven: a Ghoul Root plot keeps producing income long after other players can no longer obtain one.

The decisive economic feature is multi-harvest. Unlike single-pick crops, you pay the seed cost once and then collect repeatedly, which spreads the investment across many sell cycles and turns it into a passive earner rather than a one-shot gamble. That alone justifies prioritizing it over comparable one-time legendaries when you have the seed.

Mechanically it is a Root and Spooky type, so it benefits from any tools, pets, or event buffs that target those categories, and it leans into Halloween-themed mutation stacks. The best approach is to let the multi-harvest cycles run while environmental mutations accumulate between picks, harvesting the most mutated fruit and leaving the plant in the ground. Treat it as a long-term seasonal asset, not a quick flip.
