Lunar Lantern is a Divine crop tied to the Harvest Moon Event. The wiki does not give a specific release date for it, so this guide does not either. What it does list is a long set of tags: Flower, Leafy, Magical, Night, Stalky and Woody. It is also a multi-harvest plant, which means the same planting can be picked again and again.
Its seed was not sold in a shop. The wiki says it came from Stage 7 of the Harvest Moon Event team rewards, so it was a payoff for event progress rather than something you could buy with Sheckles on demand. The wiki also marks it as not currently obtainable.
