Nectar Staff

The Nectar Staff is a mythical-tier placeable gear built for one job: pulling more bees into your garden during the Bee Swarm event so they pollinate a higher share of your fruit. When placed it actively draws bees toward your plot, and it carries a hard ceiling of 8 attractions before it is spent, so every activation needs to count.

This is a niche, event-window tool rather than an everyday utility. Pollination is what stacks the prized Pollinated and Honey-type mutations onto crops, and those multipliers can dramatically lift sell value during a swarm. The trick is placement timing: drop the staff when you have a dense block of mature, high-value fruit ready to receive the bees, not over empty soil or seedlings, because each of the 8 charges is irreversible.

For an active farm the Nectar Staff is worth it only if you are deliberately farming the Bee Swarm. If you log in during the event with a full plot, the mutation uplift easily repays the cost; if you farm casually or miss the swarm windows, your Sheckles are better spent on permanent income gear. Buy it mid-to-late game, once you can flood a plot with ripe fruit on demand.
