Spray Mutation Verdant

The Spray Mutation Verdant is one of the Mutation Sprays introduced in the Crafters Update, and its job is narrow but valuable: it forces the Verdant mutation onto a chosen fruit rather than leaving you to gamble on it appearing naturally. When equipped it highlights a single target fruit, applies the effect, and is then consumed from your inventory, so each can is a one-shot tool.

At roughly 6,000 Sheckles per spray, the price is trivial against the value Verdant adds to a high-base crop, and the real selling point is that you can spray other players' crops too — useful for cooperative farms or boosting a friend's flagship harvest. That cross-player flexibility is what separates Special Sprays from the basic Cleaning Spray line.

The catch is that it is single-use, so spamming it on common low-value produce wastes Sheckles fast. Save it for your most valuable, fully grown fruit where the mutation multiplier compounds with weight and other stacked effects. Mid-to-late game, once you have established big-value crops worth optimizing, is the right moment to start buying these in bulk; early on your Sheckles are better spent on seeds and sprinklers.
