The Advanced Sprinkler is a legendary gear from the Gear Shop priced at 50,000 Sheckles. Place it down and every plant inside its radius gets two stacked benefits at once: increased crop mutation chances and faster growth. That dual effect is what separates it from the cheaper Basic Sprinkler, which mostly buys you size and the occasional Wet roll.

Is 50,000 worth it for an active farm? Yes, but only once your plots are dense enough to fill the radius. The mutation boost is the real money-maker — mutated crops sell for multiples of their base value, so a single sprinkler cycle dropped over a packed bed of high-value seeds (think Dragon Fruit, Mango, or anything you are deliberately farming for mutations) pays for itself quickly. Dropped over three half-empty plots, it is wasted Sheckles.

For progression, this is a mid-game purchase. Skip it while you are still running a handful of cheap crops; the Basic Sprinkler covers you there. Buy the Advanced Sprinkler once you have a steady income, a tightly packed garden, and seeds expensive enough that boosting mutation odds meaningfully raises your per-harvest payout. Used that way it is one of the better Sheckle-to-utility deals in the shop.
