Aromatic is a Limited crop mutation catalogued under Event Weather, not a standalone storm. As a limited mutation it is only obtainable during specific event windows, which immediately makes any crop carrying it more valuable than the same crop with a common mutation, simply because supply is capped once the event ends.

Mutations in Grow a Garden apply a sell-price multiplier on top of a crop's base value, and they can stack with growth mutations like Gold and Rainbow as well as with environmental ones. Because Aromatic falls in the limited category, it is the kind of tag collectors and high-end traders chase, so a crop that locks it in alongside a Gold or Rainbow coat can command a serious premium.

To capitalize, focus Aromatic on your highest base-value crops rather than wasting a limited mutation on cheap filler, and avoid selling those harvests until you have stacked every multiplier you can. While the triggering event is active, keep valuable plants unharvested and exposed so they have the maximum chance to pick up the Aromatic tag.
