The look
The blade blends pink, blue and orange into one color fusion, and that blend is the origin of the name. The guard and handle are black, so the colors sit entirely on the blade.
Where its model came from
According to the wiki, the model was published by Nikilis, and the original catalog item is linked from the page. Fusion is filed in the Classic category, which the wiki describes only as the weapons situated on the classic page.
Shares a box with a Godly
The row for this knife says Tides is a Godly knife in the same Knife Box 5. The Fusion page does not mention Tides, so that comes from the box listing. What the page does confirm is simple: one box, one Legendary knife, and no event, designer note or crafting recipe attached to it.
