JD guide
JD is the only Legendary YouTuber knife in Murder Mystery 2, and it no longer has an official source. It was originally won in giveaways hosted by the YouTube channel JD, or bought with merch from that channel. Today it can only be traded.
Two earlier versions
The wiki shows the current design plus two older ones. Version 1 was designed by Thexz and uploaded on November 15, 2016, the same day as the YouTuber code knives. Version 2, also by Thexz, followed on November 26, 2016, eleven days later. Both textures have since been removed from Thexz's inventory, though the wiki links to where they can still be viewed.
Appearance
The blade is sparkly and built from geometric shapes in white-blue, purple and black. The guard is dark purple and the handle is solid black.
Duping glitches and decor
JD was a target of the duping glitches of 2017, 2021 and 2022. It also appears as decoration: on a screen in the secret room of the Lobby (removed in the 2021 Halloween update), in a canister in Research Facility, and on a shelf in Police Station.
