Gingerblade

Gingerblade is a Christmas Event 2018 knife that came out of the 2018 Christmas Box, opened with 1 Snowflake Key per opening. The box page gives no exact chance, only that it is below 1%. The event has ended, and the knife is available through trading.

What it was used for

Two items shaped its life in that event. Salvaging it at the crafting station gives 20 godly shards, and it was also one of the ingredients for Ginger Luger: the Gingerbread Cookie needed for that recipe came from salvaging this knife, while the Gold Bar came from a Luger. The two weapons make up the Ginger Set.

Appearance

The blade is gingerbread with zigzag white icing along the spine and small red and green candy pieces down the middle. The guard is a large peppermint with icing-covered gingerbread quillons, the left one larger and connected to the handle. The handle is made of white and green round candy pieces with a peppermint pommel.

Odds and ends

The model derives from the limited Roblox back accessory Gingerbread Immortal Sword. A chroma counterpart, Chroma Gingerblade, drops from the same box. The wiki also notes a glitch where the Ghostify effect shows a white translucent rectangle around the knife, and that its throwing animation was changed after Nikilis patched it.
