Petal Beetle guide
Petal Beetle is a Mythic earning $1.2M/s, 8th of the 9 pets listed for the Enchanted Forest, so only Prism Gecko earns less. Among the 32 Mythics it ranks 8th, five times the $220K/s median. Triceratops, a Cosmic, earns exactly the same, and Toro from Angels & Demons ($1.25M/s) is just above.
The Petal Beetle Egg grows in 11 minutes and rewards +6M Speed and $120M. Compare it with the two pets around it: Prism Gecko takes 8 minutes for $35M and Enchanted Bluejay 13 minutes for $250M, with the same +6M Speed in all three. If your goal is Speed rather than income, the choice among them comes down to how long you can leave an egg alone.
For income, mutations help: Silver reaches about $1.44M/s, Golden $3M/s and Rainbow $4.2M/s. A Golden Petal Beetle would beat the unmutated Toadstool from the Halloween Dimension ($1.6M/s) by almost double. Its $120M hatch reward equals 100 seconds of income.
