Angels & Demons guide
Angels & Demons, added in Update 4, is the twelfth biome, at 20B Speed. It does not stay the same: every night it can turn into an Angel version or a Demon version, each with its own eight pets to steal, and there is a rare chance of a secret Merged form that combines both sides with extra luck while it lasts. The wiki lists three guardians for it: ArchAngel, World Burner and Aetheron.
Light and Darkness, pet by pet
Update 4 splits the 16 regular animals into two sides that mirror each other by rarity:
- Darkness: Flame Sprite (Legendary), Toro (Mythic), Imp and Demon Hound (Cosmic), Gargoyle and RazorFang (Secret), Skeleton Horse (Eternal), World Burner (Divine).
- Light: Light Dove (Legendary), Winged Lamb (Mythic), Sacred Moth and Holy Peacock (Cosmic), Pure Jellyfish and Centaur (Secret), Pegasus (Eternal), ArchAngel (Divine).
Opposite numbers earn the same: Flame Sprite and Light Dove $225/s, Toro and Winged Lamb $1.25M/s, Skeleton Horse and Pegasus $1.3B/s, World Burner and ArchAngel $5B/s. At $225/s, the two Legendaries are the lowest-earning Legendaries in the game, below the Forest's Brr Brr Patapim, yet each egg pays +3m Speed and $22.5m.
Speed rewards on a different scale
Most grow times in this biome are still missing from the wiki, but the rewards that are listed dwarf everything before it. RazorFang pays +90M Speed from a 3h 15m egg, and Pegasus and Skeleton Horse pay +200M each after 5 hours. One Pegasus egg gives more Speed than about 29 Nightflame eggs from Titan Temple. That Speed goes into outrunning the three guardians and toward the 50B that the Enchanted Forest, the next biome, asks for.
The Secret Shrine
The Demons whisper about a shrine hidden somewhere in the biome. The wiki says it crafts two fusion pets by combining one Light pet with its Darkness counterpart of the same rarity. Two names in the biome's roster belong to neither side: Equinox (Eternal, $1.8B/s, 10-hour egg) and Aetheron (Divine, $6.9B/s, 18-hour egg). Aetheron is the top earner here, twelfth of the 14 Divines. The wiki confirms both recipes: Pegasus + Skeleton Horse, the Eternals of each side, create Equinox, and ArchAngel + World Burner, the Divines of each side, create Aetheron.
No Rift banner draws from Angels & Demons, and none of its pets appear on the Rift Sacrifice tier lists.
