MM2 Chroma weapons: what they are and how to get one
Chroma weapons are color-shifting versions of godly weapons, and the wiki lists 46 of them. Twelve drop from permanent shop boxes at 0.004%, one is crafted, and the other 33 were tied to eventos: boxes, battle pass tiers, the Gifting Center, a cauldron or Robux bundles. Most of those can now only be traded for.
The Halloween Event 2026 runs until novembro 16, 2026 and has several live Chroma routes, so this guia splits the routes apart, lists all 46 Chromas with source and year, and flags where the wiki pages disagree about what is still obtainable. The Chroma weapons list on this site has a page for each entry, and the boxes section covers the boxes themselves.
What counts as a Chroma weapon
The Chroma Weapons page defines them as "color alternating versions of several godlies". Each Chroma recolors one specific godly (or, since 2026, one ancient): Chroma Lightbringer matches Lightbringer, Chroma Seer matches Seer, and so on. The Chroma Raygun page says the weapon changes color when equipped or at your side, and shows a solid multicolor when you use the "/chromatoggle" command. The Chroma Evergun page says its garland keeps shimmering even with that command on, so the effect is not identical across items.
One more rule from the Chroma Seer page: Chromas are not salvageable in the crafting station.
Chroma Boneblade and Chroma Gingerblade, from the 2018 Halloween and Christmas events, were the first Chromas ever added, according to the Chroma Weapons trivia. Season 1 (maio 25, 2019) then gave every shop box a Chroma twin, and later years added more through eventos.
The six ways a Chroma enters the game
Permanent box drops at 0.004%
Season 1 gave every box in the shop a small chance of dropping a Chroma version of the box's godly. The numbered Classic boxes, the Rainbow Box and Mystery Boxes 1 and 2 all list their Chroma at 0.004%, against 0.2% for the godly beside it. That makes twelve box Chromas: Deathshard, Fang, Saw, Slasher, Tides, Heat, Luger, Shark, Laser, Gemstone, Lightbringer and Darkbringer. Mystery Box 2 holds two of them. Each box costs 1,000 Coins, 100 Diamonds or 1 Mystery Key, and the caixas section has a page for each.
Crafting the Chroma Seer
Chroma Seer is the only Chroma you can craft with no evento running. The Crafting page lists the Random Painted Seer recipe at 10 godly shards and 10 godly metals, and its possible results are the Red, Orange, Yellow, Blue and Purple Seers plus the Chroma Seer. The Chroma Seer page says you need to salvage at least ten Seers and another godly weapon to collect the materials, and that it is the hardest of the six because it has the slimmest crafting chance. The wiki gives no percentage.
Evento boxes
Seasonal boxes started including a Chroma in 2018. The 2018 Halloween Box was the first and the 2018 Christmas Box the second. Evento box Chromas usually carry an unknown or loosely stated chance (under 1%, under 0.2% or under 0.1%); a few list a flat 0.2%, and the 2026 Summer and Halloween boxes list 0.004% again. That adds 17 Chromas to the 12 from permanent boxes, 29 box Chromas in all.
Battle pass final tier
The 2025 Summer Event put a Chroma at the end of the battle pass. The Chroma Sunset page says you get a 2% chance of the Chroma after buying the 25th tier for 90,000 Beach Balls, and calls Sunset the first Chroma obtainable in a battle pass. Chroma Raygun repeated the idea in Halloween 2025 (tier 25 for 90,000 Candies, about a 1 in 50 chance), and Chroma Snowcannon in Christmas 2025 (tier 30 for 100,000 Snow Tokens, a "very rare" chance). The Halloween 2026 battle pass does the same with Emberbow: tier 30 costs 100,000 Candies and Chroma Emberbow is a very rare result.
Gifting Center
During Christmas events, Gifts could be given to other players. Giving 100 Gifts paid out the evento godly, and the 2024 and 2025 evento pages list a 1 in 50 chance of getting the Chroma counterpart instead. Chroma Evergun (2023), Chroma Bauble (2024) and Chroma Ornament (2025) came this way. The pages give totals of about 80,000 Snow Tokens for Bauble and 60,000 for Ornament. The Chroma Evergun page states no chance.
Robux bundles and gamepasses
From Christmas 2025 onward, the annual bundle carries a chance of a Chroma. The Christmas Event 2025 page says the Snowstorm Bundle (3,399 Robux) gives Snowstorm and Blizzard plus a chance of Chroma Snowstorm and Chroma Blizzard, "for the first time". The Valentine's Sweet Bundle and the Summer Beach Bundle repeat the idea: the bundle costs 3,399 Robux, each weapon can be bought alone for 1,699 Robux (Christmas 2025 had no separate passes), and the Chroma pair is a possible result. The Halloween Mortal Bundle has the same prices, but the Mortal Bundle and Halloween Event 2026 pages mention no Chroma chance; only the Chroma Mortal and Chroma Immortal pages say they come with the gamepasses or the bundle. The Christmas Event 2025 trivia calls these "Chroma Godly Bundles" and says it was the first time the concept appeared.
The 2026 Chroma ancients
The Halloween Event 2026 page says the evento introduced two ancients, three godlys, three Chroma godlys and two Chroma ancients. The Chroma Weapons trivia names Chroma Emberbow and Chroma Emberscythe as the first Chroma ancients ever released. They come from two places:
- Chroma Emberbow: buy the 30th (last) tier of the Halloween 2026 battle pass for 100,000 Candies. The Chroma is a very rare result of that purchase. The normal Emberbow, a gun, comes from the same tier.
- Chroma Emberscythe: put the godly Embersickle (from the 2026 Halloween Box) and Emberbow into The Cauldron, which sits behind the event NPC in the lobby. The normal result is Emberscythe, with a low chance of the Chroma instead. The wiki says this is the first evento since Season 1 where an ancient can be crafted.
The third Halloween Chroma, Chroma Embersickle, drops from the 2026 Halloween Box at 0.004%. Chroma Mortal and Chroma Immortal are the bundle pair, from the Mortal Bundle at 3,399 Robux or the gamepasses at 1,699 Robux each.

The year column follows each weapon's own page. "Obtainable now" uses the wiki's most specific current statement and today's date, outubro 25, 2026. Rows marked with an evento date depend on the Halloween Event 2026, which its page says ends on novembro 16, 2026.

Which Chromas can you still get
Permanent, any day: the twelve box Chromas and Chroma Seer. The odds are low (0.004% for each box Chroma, and an unstated chance for Seer), but they are the only ones that stay open all year.
Until novembro 16, 2026, if the wiki's evento pages are right: Chroma Embersickle (2026 Halloween Box), Chroma Emberbow (battle pass tier 30), Chroma Emberscythe (The Cauldron), and Chroma Mortal and Chroma Immortal (the Mortal gamepasses or bundle).
Everything else is a trading item. That covers every Chroma from the 2018 to 2025 eventos, the 2026 Valentine's Chromas (Heart Wand, Sweet, Treat) and the 2026 Summer ones (Icecream, Beachy, Sands). The Chroma Weapons page says the gifting, tier and gamepass Chromas are now only obtainable through trading.
Prices on community value lists move with demand and are not part of the wiki, so this guia leaves them out. What the wiki ties to rarity is origin, obtainability and year.
Where the wiki pages disagree
The Chroma pages were written at different times, so some of them say different things. These are the ones that change what you can get.
Are Chroma Embersickle, Emberbow and Emberscythe available? The Chroma Weapons page lists all three among Chromas that are "now only obtainable through trading". Their own pages mark the source as "Formerly" in the infobox while the text is in present tense. The Halloween Event 2026 page says the evento runs to novembro 16, 2026 and describes the box, the battle pass tier and the Cauldron as live. This guia treats them as obtainable while the evento runs.
Are Chroma Mortal and Chroma Immortal available? The Chroma Weapons page lists both as trading-only. The Chroma Mortal and Chroma Immortal pages say they are currently obtainable by buying the gamepass or the Mortal Bundle, and the Gamepasses page marks the Mortal Gamepass, Immortal Gamepass and Mortal Bundle as Available.
Guaranteed purchase or chance? The Chroma Beachy, Sands, Sweet and Treat pages say you obtain them by buying the gamepass or bundle. The Summer Event 2026 and Valentines Event 2026 pages say there is a chance of receiving the Chroma counterparts. The Chroma Blizzard page mentions a "Blizzard Gamepass" and a "Snowy Bundle", while the Snowstorm Bundle page says the 2025 weapons had no separate gamepasses and the bundle is called the Snowstorm Bundle.
Summer and Valentine's 2026. The Chroma Beachy, Sands, Sweet, Treat, Heart Wand and Icecream pages use present tense, but the Summer Event 2026 page says that evento finished on agosto 23, 2026, the Valentines Event 2026 page says that evento ended on abril 13, 2026, and the Gamepasses page lists the passes as off sale.
Chroma Sunrise and Chroma Sunset. The Chroma Sunrise page calls the 2025 Summer Event "ongoing", though it ended on outubro 18, 2025. Its trivia calls Sunrise a godly knife and Chroma Sunset a godly gun, but the Chroma Weapons table lists Sunrise as a gun and Sunset as a knife. The Chroma Sunset trivia says Sunset was found in the same box as Sunrise, but its lead and the Summer Event 2025 page place it at the final battle pass tier.
Chroma Ornament. Its page is categorized under guns, but its text and the Chroma Weapons table call it a knife.
Chroma Lightbringer and Chroma Darkbringer. Their pages say they came with Season 1 (maio 25, 2019). The Mystery Box 2 page says that box was introduced in the março 2020 atualização.
Chroma Seer. The Random Painted Seers page says the seers were introduced after the Season 1 release, while its trivia and the Chroma Seer page say they came with Season 1.
Chroma chances in evento boxes. evento box pages print 0.2%, under 0.2%, under 0.1%, under 1% or "???" for the Chroma, with a note that the real number is unknown.
