Humiliation

The Humiliation badge is a tongue-in-cheek joke achievement: you earn it by dying from stepping on a bear trap for the first time. Oddly, it carries a hefty 4-star difficulty rating yet still rewards 4 diamonds, and that star count reflects how rarely a bear trap alone actually finishes you off rather than any genuine skill involved.

The trick is that bear traps deal damage and snare you in place, but they seldom kill outright at full health. So the real method is to be at very low HP first, then deliberately walk into a trap so its damage tick is the killing blow. Cultists and traps appear in the more dangerous lit areas, so let an enemy chip you down, or take environmental damage, until you are nearly dead before stepping on the trap.

Because dying ends your run, save this attempt for a game you are already willing to sacrifice, ideally near the end. Don't burn a strong run on it — line up the low-health setup, find a trap, and take the embarrassing fall. The 4 diamonds make this silly death well worth the deliberate humiliation.
