Quick Summary

The Alien's Revenge update (June 27, 2026) brings Alien Outposts, a UFO repair questline, the Mothership raid, alien gear and the new 600-Diamond Alien Scientist class. Here is everything that changed.

The aliens are angry about what you did last year — and on June 27, 2026 they came back for revenge. Alien's Revenge is the biggest 99 Nights in the Forest update of the summer, layering a full alien-invasion arc on top of the forest survival loop and adding a class that many players already call the strongest in the game.

Alien Outposts

UFOs now spawn makeshift Alien Outposts scattered across the Forest. These raidable structures are the update's bread and butter: hit them for alien technology and the resources that feed the rest of the invasion arc. Since outposts spawn dynamically, sweeping the map each day is worth building into your route.

Repair the UFO and Board the Mothership

The update's questline runs in two acts. First, find 4 batteries to restore a crashed UFO to working order and prepare it for launch. Once it flies, act two begins: the Mothership, the aliens' flagship, where you take the fight to their home turf. It is effectively the update's endgame raid — bring your best gear and do not go in half-prepared.

New Class: Alien Scientist

The Alien Scientist costs 600 Diamonds and spawns with three pieces of alien technology: the Alien Shotgun, a Raygun and the Dissolving Ray. Its identity is the dissolve mechanic — enemies under 10% HP can be dissolved into essence, which speeds up your alien-energy regeneration:

  • Level 1: dissolve enemies under 10% HP into essence; essence boosts alien-energy regen; +4 sack space.
  • Level 2 (dissolve 50 enemies): threshold rises to 15% HP, and dissolves have a chance to drop Meat?Sandwiches — effectively renewable food.
  • Level 3 (dissolve 150 enemies): essence also grants sprint speed.

The Alien Shotgun's area damage is what pushes the class into best-in-game conversations: it only fits three shots per charge bar, so group enemies before firing. See how it stacks against every other class on our classes page.

Everything Else in the Patch

  • New event badges and the Alien Wolf skin.
  • New UI screens for the Supply Crate and the Pelt Trader.
  • New map imagery for special locations (Missing Kid Caves, Stronghold and more).
  • Bandages and the Hammer are now sold by the Tool Trader, both starting at 50 coins — bandage price rises by 25 coins per purchase.
  • New structures that spawn naturally in the forest.

The developer ships roughly every two weeks — the next drop after Alien's Revenge was slated for July 11 — so check our update tracker and codes page for the freshest patch and rewards.
