Trivia
8- 1
If enough damage is dealt, the Fishman Lord can be defeated without the need of him transforming.
- 2
Sometimes the Fishman Lord can get stuck underground so he can't attack the player, but the player can attack him.
- 3
If someone gets Fishman Lord to second form and lets him heal long enough, he will reset even though he will still have his second form. He will get health regen, but no visual changes.
- 4
The player can easily defeat the Fishman Lord by hitting him, then running outside of the palace. Get the Fishman Lord on the other side of the wall, then use long-range AoE moves, or rapid melee attacks. The player should make sure to not to use their moves all at once, since he can regenerate at the time the player stops using their moves. He will teleport back to spawn.
- 5
An additional way is to get the Fishman Lord stuck behind a window, stand on the windows outside, and use M1s. Water Pulse does not have high-damage, so the player can just tank it.
- 6
It is best to use Instinct to dodge the Fishman Lord's attacks, since Trident Throw cannot break Instinct. However, Water Pulse is an exception.
- 7
The Fishman Lord, Rip_Return, Don Swan, and Beautiful Pirate are the only bosses with a second phase. (rip_indra True Form also has a second phase, but is considered as a raid boss.)
- 8
The Fishman Lord was the first boss to have a second form and the only boss in the First Sea with a second phase.

Fishman Lord Strategy & Best Use
Fishman Lord is the oceanic overlord of the Underwater City in the Second Sea, spawnable at level 1,000+. This titan carries 700,000 HP and commands an intimidating water-pressure moveset: his signature Trident Slam creates a cone of bubbles that stun-locks on contact for 1.5 seconds, and his Tidal Wave ultimate covers a 30-stud radius in knockback damage. Drops: Fishman Trident weapon (~4%), Fishman Scale crafting material (~18%), Sea King Amulet accessory (~3%). Spawn timer is 25–30 minutes.
Tidal Wave is the fight-defining move and it has zero counterplay if you're at ground level — the wave sweeps the entire floor. Stay permanently airborne or on elevated platform edges. Venom is the optimal choice: Toxic Cloud hovers above the ground and the DOT applies while you stay safe. Phoenix works as a secondary option because the self-heal compensates for the unavoidable chip damage from bubble stun. The Fishman Trident weapon has a water AOE that ironically synergizes well with his own arena — if you've already got it, equip it for the extra splash damage.
Fishman Lord is a top crafting material source for mid-Second Sea players. Fishman Scale at 18% stacks fast and is in high demand for weapon and gear upgrades. The Sea King Amulet at 3% is genuinely worth farming for its raw stat boost — plan 20–30 kills for a realistic shot at it. With the Underwater City fast-travel nearby, loop times are short and the area mobs between spawns keep you busy. One of the most efficient total-loot-per-hour bosses in the Second Sea.
